Mercure London Paddington Hotel

The service at reception was perfect, with a smooth check-in for all guests. Families were accommodated to have neighboring rooms. The hotel offered an umbrella for our convenience. The location is excellent, right next to Paddington station. The room was comfortable, clean, and included a bottle of water. The hotel has an internal door to the adjacent Garfunkles restaurant, which provided a better than expected dining experience. It's a great option for bigger groups of friends staying over the night before a long flight from Heathrow.

The location of this hotel was excellent, it was very convenient to have Paddington Station just a short walk away. We were able to easily catch the train to explore the city and even catch our flight back home. Another great aspect was the polite staff who offered us a free room upgrade upon arrival. the room had tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary soft drinks, a nice touch.

The hotel is conveniently located near Paddington station, making it easy for travelers to catch their trains. The single rooms may be small, but the beds are surprisingly comfortable and the air conditioning works well. There are plenty of food options nearby, including a McDonald's right next to the hotel. The staff is courteous and prompt, providing amenities like ice buckets and robes upon request. The property is also fairly quiet despite its central location.

The entrance to the rooms can be a bit cramped, with limited space between the closet door, bathroom door, and office chair.

We loved the location of the hotel, conveniently close to a major train station where we could easily drop off our luggage upon arrival. there were many halal restaurants in the area to choose from, making our stay even better.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just steps from Paddington underground and train stations, making travel around the city easy. guests can enjoy a hearty breakfast included in the room rate at the Garfunkel's restaurant nearby. The rooms are equipped with coffee machines, kettles, and complimentary soft drinks and water.

The room size is disappointingly small given the relatively high prices.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw away from Paddington Station. Being in the center of the city, I had easy access to all the attractions London has to offer. The rooms were amazing, spacious, and spotlessly clean. I especially loved the complimentary drinks in the fridge. Moreover, the staff at the reception, particularly Mohammed, was extremely professional and welcoming. He even helped me book a PCR test for my travels. The service here was top-notch!

Easy walk to Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. Bus stops in front. Super comfortable beds, clean rooms, and surprising amenities.
